About The Position
William C. Harris Funeral Directors is seeking an ambitious Funeral Sales Representative to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to earn competitive compensation by closing pre-set appointments, with a typical annual earning range of $70,000-$75,000 with no earning cap. The company provides lead generation programs, strategic marketing resources, and appointment setting support. The representative will conduct client meetings that typically last 90 minutes. This position offers independence with the support of a dedicated team and field management providing organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching. The core focus is on connecting with clients to plan final wishes and provide peace of mind to their loved ones.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
