The position is supported by dedicated lead generation programs, strategic marketing resources, and appointment setting by a team of over 50 agents. The company provides organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching to help representatives succeed in the preneed insurance industry. The core of the role involves connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years consultative sales experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
