About The Position

This position at Chapel Hill Mortuary is for an ambitious professional who strives to hit their goals. The role involves making competitive compensation that you control by closing pre-set appointments, with a typical average of $75,000 - $100,000 annually with no earning cap. You will capitalize on support from lead generation programs and strategic marketing programs provided at no cost. You will represent one of our premier funeral home partners in qualified meetings with clients that typically last 90 minutes. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition through Precoa Escapes Sales Incentive Trips and advance your career with professional credentials by having a current life insurance license or the ability to obtain one. As an Advance Funeral Planner, you will have a dedicated team of over 50 agents setting appointments and providing client information. Precoa’s field management provides organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching to succeed in a unique and growing industry, allowing you to focus on connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones.

Requirements

  • Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
  • Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
  • Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
