About The Position

We are hiring Entry-Level Fundraising Representatives to support nonprofit organizations through community outreach, donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, and public awareness initiatives. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals interested in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, public relations, customer engagement, event marketing, and community outreach. No previous fundraising experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and professional development to help you build valuable skills and grow your career. As a Fundraising Representative, you will represent nonprofit organizations at community events, outreach campaigns, and public engagement initiatives. You will connect with community members, share information about important causes, build relationships with supporters, and help increase awareness for nonprofit programs. This role provides hands-on experience in fundraising and donor engagement, community outreach, event marketing, public relations, customer communication, nonprofit campaigns, and leadership development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Full-time availability.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for outreach events.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, marketing, or events is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and fundraising campaigns.
