The Fundraising Program Manager plays an important role on KQED’s Membership team, supporting the planning and execution of on-air fundraising drives, year-round fundraising campaigns, and third-party programs. Reporting to the Director of On-Air Fundraising & Third-Party Programs, this position helps coordinate the many details required to keep campaigns organized, on schedule, and aligned across teams. The role is responsible for managing campaign timelines, coordinating meetings and deliverables, tracking results, and supporting communication with internal and external partners. The Fundraising Program Manager also conducts research, gathers data, and helps identify trends and opportunities that can inform future fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate brings mid-level experience in membership, fundraising strategy, nonprofit analytics, or public media, or a related field. They are highly organized, comfortable working with data, able to manage multiple projects at once, and excited to contribute ideas while learning from experienced fundraising leaders.
