About The Position

We are looking for an experienced investment sales and fundraising professional to help build our investment funds in the United States. Green Earth has already built a successful platform in Europe, with strong investor demand for nature-based investments, carbon credits, green bonds, and project funds. Our investment products have gained traction with investors seeking attractive financial returns alongside measurable environmental impact. The opportunity is clear: we have the track record, the project pipeline, the investment proposition, and the operational platform. We are now looking for the right person to help open the U.S. investor market. This role is ideal for someone with an existing network of qualified investors, family offices, wealth managers, RIAs, placement agents, or other relevant capital channels. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to manage incoming leads. We are looking for a commercial builder: someone who can bring relationships, open doors, create momentum, and help establish a serious fundraising engine in the U.S. The ideal person is highly commercial, entrepreneurial, credible with investors, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment. For someone with the right network, strong follow-up discipline, and the confidence to pick up the phone, this can be a highly attractive opportunity. We are offering a role with meaningful upside for someone who can help us generate real fundraising results.

Requirements

  • Strong existing network in the U.S. investment market.
  • Understanding of fundraising, private funds, alternative investments, or impact investing.
  • Ability to access qualified investors, family offices, RIAs, wealth managers, placement agents, or other capital introducers.
  • Comfortable helping build a young but ambitious U.S. investment platform.
  • Commercial role with meaningful performance-based upside.
  • Proactive, independent, and highly results-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and credibly with sophisticated investors.
  • Understanding that trust, follow-up, and credibility are essential in investment sales.
  • Confidence picking up the phone, opening conversations, and creating momentum.
  • Desire to help build something significant, not just manage an existing pipeline.
