As the Director, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, you will be instrumental in driving the success of a large walk event. This role involves leading a team of volunteer leaders, utilizing sales and relationship management skills to achieve revenue goals through engagement with corporate and community volunteers. You will act as a community mobilizer and networker to increase brand awareness and cultivate relationships with key corporate and community partners. Success in recruiting, coaching, and empowering volunteers is crucial for strong committee retention and succession planning. As a fundraiser in the peer-to-peer space, you will coach volunteers, teams, and participants to set and achieve fundraising goals, aiming for the event to be one of the most successful in the country.
