About The Position

To ensure that proper policies and procedures are applied consistently throughout the flow of transaction. Prepare and confirm the proper parties are being funded. Ensuring the files are booked. Perform contract audit, funding, and post-funding processing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Leasing or Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Self-Starter who is solution and detail orientated.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Ability to mutli-task and complete job within allotted times.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review files tasked for funding.
  • Ensure that documentation is in order, vendor is approved, funding amounts are correct, and documents are executed.
  • Add customer/vendor/broker fundings to the bank site for approval.
  • Compile funding package for funding approval.
  • Send remittance summaries and wire confirmations to the Vendors/Brokers/Sales Teams.
  • Coordinate ACH and wire confirmations to be added to the operating system.
  • Ensure that all transactions are booked in the operating system daily.
  • Audit file for accurate entry into the System.
