This role involves reviewing and delivering Net Asset Values (NAVs) reports to clients using exception-based accounting tools, reviewing alerts, and validating them to strike accurate NAVs. The position ensures checks are properly run and documented, collaborates with global cross-functional teams to resolve queries, and works with client servicing teams to drive solutions. Key responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and updating best practices for a consistent global operating model, training global teams, and collaborating with internal business and operational readiness teams during client mandate onboarding and liquidation. The role also focuses on identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement to reduce risk, reviewing hedge share classes to ensure hedging levels and class level NAVs are within client-specified tolerances, and driving resolution if necessary. Additionally, it involves daily review of Contract for Differences (CFDs) investments for accurate recording, assessing posted trades and potential impacts, and working with Global Derivatives Operations and Exchange Traded Derivatives teams for accurate recording of derivatives-related trades and associated reconciliations. The position requires updating swing factors to align with client requirements, determining if swing action is necessary for the fund, and reviewing next-day swing checks for accuracy. It also involves addressing audit-related queries, resolving aging cash and assets breaks with internal teams, advisors, and clients, and prioritizing NAV impacting breaks for resolution. The role includes determining and instructing necessary corporate actions to be booked, preparing weekly and monthly collateral for serviced funds, and running periodic tests conducted by the IT team to enhance new updates, providing feedback before implementation to ensure no lapses in client report delivery.
