About The Position

Join the operations team driving success for our clients and JPMorganChase within Fund Services. As a Fund Servicing Analyst within the Fund Services organization, you will execute routine fund servicing transactions with accuracy and care. You’ll collaborate with partners to support smooth day-to-day operations and help strengthen the team’s service model. You’ll use active listening and thoughtful questioning to understand and respond to client needs. You’ll also contribute ideas that improve processes, reduce risk, and increase operational resilience.

Requirements

• Baseline knowledge (or equivalent practical expertise) in fund servicing operations
• Ability to execute routine transactions accurately and consistently in a process-driven environment
• Demonstrated active listening and questioning skills to understand needs and clarify requirements
• Experience contributing to process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
• Risk and control mindset, including adherence to information security and cybersecurity practices

• Experience applying innovation or design thinking methods in an operations environment
