About The Position

As a Fund Servicing Analyst within the Fund Services organization at JPMorganChase, you will be responsible for executing routine fund servicing transactions with accuracy and care. This role involves collaborating with partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and to strengthen the team's service model. You will be expected to use active listening and thoughtful questioning to understand and respond to client needs, and to contribute ideas for process improvements, risk reduction, and increased operational resilience.

Requirements

  • Baseline knowledge (or equivalent practical expertise) in fund servicing operations
  • Ability to execute routine transactions accurately and consistently in a process-driven environment
  • Demonstrated active listening and questioning skills to understand needs and clarify requirements
  • Experience contributing to process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Risk and control mindset, including adherence to information security and cybersecurity practices

  • Experience applying innovation or design thinking methods in an operations environment
