Fund Operations Analyst

As a Fund Operations Analyst in Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations (FFIO), you’ll be part of the team that keeps our mutual funds running smoothly and ensures investors’ accounts are valued accurately. You’ll learn how to validate NAV components, complete daily reconciliations, research issues, support fund launches, and collaborate closely across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Support daily operations that keep our funds accurate and timely
- Validate key components of mutual fund NAVs
- Complete reconciliations and review daily/monthly reports
- Research fund impacts and communicate results
- Help resolve issues quickly and accurately
- Contribute to projects, Agile initiatives, and process improvements
- Assist with new fund setups and operational readiness
