Requirements

Demonstrated experience in supervising operations for large-scale events or hospitality functions.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the events schedule.
A thorough understanding of food and beverage service and event operations.
Professional appearance and demeanour, with the confidence to interact with high-profile clients and guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of events, ensuring seamless execution from setup to conclusion.
Collaborate closely with the Functions Manager and Operations Manager to deliver high-profile events with precision and professionalism.
Lead and inspire a team to exceed guest expectations, delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
Coordinate team schedules and rosters to align with event requirements, ensuring efficiency and readiness.
Act as the primary point of contact during events, addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Train, mentor, and support the team, fostering a motivated and professional environment.
Maintain a meticulous approach to event preparation, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
