Requirements

Originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks relevant to testing and development teams (written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Problem solver, consensus seeker, team player, and excellent communicator.

Nice To Haves

Familiar with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
Experience with enterprise lifecycle management and requirements documentation tools.
Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe).

Responsibilities

Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products.
Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.
Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
Directs and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
Support with ELM/JIRA management (e.g., navigation across features, logging defects).
Reviews test plans and test reports for technical competence, effectiveness, and compliance with standards.
Observes and evaluates the execution of customer acceptance test activities.
Performs integration activities involving developed application software.
Identifies and documents problems and issues, providing specific guidance on root-cause and remediation.
Applies best practices for elaboration, testing and training.
