As the Functional Software Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, shaping technical direction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements

Understanding and function of multiple software languages.
Ability to integrate hardware and software solutions within the team.
Able to help employees navigate day-to-day work life and find balance.
Must also be able to resolve problems and communicate clearly both written and verbally.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team of 8-10 engineers, overseeing performance reviews, mid-year assessments, and time-card approvals.
Design, develop, and maintain integrated software-hardware solutions, ensuring code quality across multiple programming languages.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into executable technical plans and deliverables.
Coach team members, remove obstacles, and promote a balanced work environment that supports productivity and wellbeing.
Recruit, onboard, and grow talent to meet evolving project demands in a fast-paced setting.
