About The Position

Millennium Space Systems, part of Boeing Defense, Space and Security, is a small satellite company focused on national security space missions, including missile warning and Earth observation. The Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) team plans and executes spacecraft-level integration and test activities, from vehicle buildup and procedure development through system-level and environmental testing and integration with the launch vehicle. The Functional Manager, Spacecraft Integration & Test (internally titled Systems Engineering Manager) leads 20–25 direct reports and supports their growth through performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, goal setting, and appropriate staffing of programs. In addition to people management, the manager leads one of three ATLO initiatives: hiring and recruiting, ramp-to-rate manufacturing, or training and onboarding. The role is based at a facility requiring special access and requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens for the clearance requirement.
