About The Position

CAPS, Central Ohio's premier physician-led aesthetic and plastic surgery practice, is seeking an experienced Functional & Longevity Medicine Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to grow and elevate an established Functional & Longevity Medicine program while caring for a highly engaged patient population committed to healthy aging, disease prevention and optimizing lifelong wellness. The ideal candidate combines clinical excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset and is excited to help expand CAPS' Functional & Longevity Medicine program while collaborating across multiple specialties to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Services may include hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional counseling, metabolic health assessments, longevity planning, preventative medicine and other evidence-based wellness treatments tailored to each patient's individual goals.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Active or eligible medical licensure in the State of Ohio.
Experience or strong interest in Functional Medicine, Longevity Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine or Wellness Medicine.
Strong patient education and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in program development, innovation and practice growth.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire patients to achieve long-term health goals.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, peptide therapies and preventative medicine.
