About The Position
Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS), a leading physician-led aesthetic and plastic surgery practice in Central Ohio, is seeking an experienced Functional & Longevity Medicine Nurse Practitioner. This role involves leading and expanding an established Functional & Longevity Medicine program within a prominent integrated aesthetic organization. The position is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner passionate about longevity, hormone optimization, and personalized medicine, offering the chance to grow a practice and positively impact patients' health. The opportunity focuses on developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based functional and integrative medicine approaches to optimize patient health, wellness, and quality of life. Services may include hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional support, metabolic health assessments, lifestyle interventions, and hair restoration therapies. The ideal candidate will possess clinical excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to collaborate across specialties to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Ohio.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and communication skills.
- Commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary, physician-led environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in functional, integrative, and longevity medicine.
Nice To Haves
- Certification or advanced training in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine or a related specialty.
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies or wellness medicine.
- Knowledge of medical weight management therapies, including GLP-1 medications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing wellness services.
Responsibilities
- Help lead and expand an established Functional & Longevity Medicine program.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on optimizing patient health, wellness, and quality of life.
