About The Position

Grace Harbour, an ncgCARE Partner, is a private outpatient mental health practice with staff in Georgia and South Carolina dedicated to enhancing the lives of clients, strengthening families, and instilling hope. We are accredited by CARF. Our team of clinicians have extensive training and experience working with clients of all ages in individual, couples, family, and group therapy. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Professionals to join our Functional Family Therapy team. This role involves providing evidence-based therapeutic services to youth and families, assessing, developing, and delivering individualized treatment plans to empower clients to navigate life’s challenges, improve their well-being, and strengthen family relationships. We value a team-oriented approach and offer a supportive, collaborative environment.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with care teams as needed.
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
