Functional Family Therapist
About The Position
Spurwink is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends. As a Functional Family Therapist, you will receive evidenced-based training in the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model, which has proven effectiveness in helping youth aged 10-18 make life-transforming changes by addressing challenging and/or problematic behavior. FFT treatment typically lasts 3-6 months. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, paid in installments over the first year of employment. Additional compensation may be available for exceeding billable and model fidelity expectations. This role provides an ideal learning opportunity for clinicians in a powerful, evidenced-based model, with on-the-job training, intensive weekly individual and group supervision, and mileage reimbursement.
Requirements
- LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c, LMFT, or LMFT-c.
- Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule including late afternoons or evenings.
- Provide counseling in families' homes, in an office-based setting and via telehealth.
- Maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record.
