Savio House is seeking therapists to assist at-risk youth and their families with overcoming behavioral challenges using an evidence-based clinical approach that emphasizes individualized treatment to fit the specific needs of each family. The role involves engaging youth and families impacted by mental health and delinquent behaviors using the evidence-based Family Functional Therapy (FFT) model. The goal is to cultivate growth in the whole family unit, empower families, support youth, help change ineffective patterns within the family by increasing positive communication and healthy family dynamics, and keep youth out of the system by preventing further misconduct. This position supports adolescent clients who may experience mental health issues and display delinquent and/or substance misuse behavior in navigating a variety of systemic pressures. This position provides in-home services for the Denver metro and surrounding areas. Savio House is intentionally hiring for this position with the expectation that it will progress into a Clinical FFT Supervisor role. Candidates should bring both clinical expertise and a strong interest in leadership, staff development, and contributing to clinical quality and team performance.
