About the opportunity Start: Immediate Duration: Indefinite Contract Type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Monthly + Incentives Full-time - Full availability to EPI-USE within business hours. Work Model: Remote Service Description We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant or Specialist in HCM PY (Payroll) with strong knowledge of Brazilian legislation, payroll processes, eSocial, accounting, and personnel cost planning, as well as the ability to work in an international environment using Spanish. It is a highly strategic profile, focused on both operation and the design and support of payroll processes.

Requirements

  • Availability for occasional travel
  • Senior or specialist profile
  • Speak Spanish, as you may support Paraguay.
  • Required language: Advanced/Fluent Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Headcount and personnel budget planning
  • Develop calculations for employee cost forecasting.
  • Support workforce planning.
  • PLR (Profit Sharing) Calculation: Configure or execute calculations according to company rules.
  • Payroll accounting activities: Perform payroll accounting. Ensure accounting entries are correct after processing.
  • eSocial Processing: Have solid knowledge of eSocial obligations. Validate and process labor, social security, and tax events.
  • End-to-end payroll specialist: Act on the entire payroll cycle: Admission; Contractual changes; Vacations; Absences; Payroll calculation; Charges; Terminations; Closing and accounting integration.
