Functional/BSA Lead
About The Position
The Functional/BSA Lead administers, tests, and improves Oracle Fusion to support global Finance and Accounting Operations. The role enhances Oracle Fusion and Zuora Revpro for business changes, designs and integrates business applications, manages a quarterly project roadmap, and coordinates production issue resolution. It also works with internal cross-functional teams and SaaS vendors to optimize processes and automate solutions. The position is 100% telecommuting permitted, with a stated schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Salary is $232,700 per year. The role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field.
- Five years of post-bachelor's progressive, related work experience.
- Five years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including configuration and enhancements.
- Five years of experience configuring Oracle Fusion, Revpro, and Avatax to map to IT and business solutions.
- Five years of experience with enterprise system integrations using microservices, Workato, and Camunda.
- Five years of experience integrating Fusion Financials with new M&A systems as acquisitions occur.
- Five years of Oracle Fusion ERP end-to-end process and module subject matter expertise in Order to Cash, Revenue Management, or Tax.
- Five years of cross-functional collaboration with Commerce, Sales, Data Engineering, and Transformation teams.
- Five years of experience evaluating multiple solution options from business-process, technical-solution, and system-architecture perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Enhance Oracle Fusion and Revpro to support business changes.
- Integrate Fusion with systems including Salesforce, Stripe billing, Zuora Revpro, Blackline, and Avatax.
- Architect and create functional designs for business applications and process automation.
- Manage quarterly project roadmaps and prioritize enhancements with transformation and cross-flow teams.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve production issues on Fusion and Zuora Revpro as part of business-as-usual operations.
- Work with Commerce, Sales, and Data Engineering teams to optimize processes and digitize solutions.
- Work with SaaS vendors and contractors, including driving semiannual reviews.
- Administer, test, and drive improvements and automation for Oracle Fusion in support of global Finance and Accounting Operations teams.
