The Recruiting, Talent, and Learning solutions Functional Architect will work closely with product managers, business partners, and business analysts to design and optimize innovative solutions in these areas as well as cross functionally. Requirements

  • 10+ years delivering large scale consulting engagements with a combination of Workday HCM, ,Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions for global customers.
  • 10+ years of validated Workday domain experience.
  • Experience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence)
  • Active certification in Workday Recruiting, Talent and Learning functional areas is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities with confirmed abilities to think strategically to tackle key business questions/problems
  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate optimally with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors
  • Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these change

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable and efficient Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions to support Workday's global operations.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions and related integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date on Workday product updates and new features, and proactively find opportunities to demonstrate them.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and end-users.
  • Fix and resolve system issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Workday's Recruiting, Talent and Learning processes.
  • Partner with platform services resources to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.
  • Research and analyze guidelines in Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions and recommend improvements to Workday's own processes.
  • Envision the overal Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions roadmap for Workday
