Functional Analyst - P ayroll, Attendance, and Time Tracking This is a vacancy for the 26-27 school year with a target start date of July 1, 2026 Mission: The Functional Analyst - PATT is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that align with business processes and objectives as it relates to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. This role serves as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that ERP systems are optimized to support operational efficiency and strategic goals. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Location: This is a full-time (remote/on-site) position based in Texas, with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate. Travel Expectations: 0-2 times per year What You’ll Do – Accountabilities Essential Duties: · Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. · Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement Workday solutions. · Support system upgrades, feature releases, and ongoing maintenance. · Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and improve system usability. · Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. · Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards. · Participate in system testing, including test case creation and execution. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist in Workday security role configuration and reporting setup. · Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. · Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
