About The Position

The Functional Analyst – HR is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that align with business processes and objectives as it relates to Human Resources, Compensation, and Benefits. This role serves as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that ERP systems are optimized to support operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Graduate from a recognized four-year college or university preferably with a major in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
  • 3+ years of experience with HCM configuration and support.
  • 3+ years of experience with Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience with Compensation and Benefits
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing project management frameworks to ensure project and team effectiveness.
  • 3+ years of experience in business process design.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including HCM Core, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support system upgrades, feature releases, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and improve system usability.
  • Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and user guides.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in system testing, including test case creation and execution.
  • Assist in Workday security role configuration and reporting setup.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement Workday solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
