About The Position

The HCM Functional Analyst - Talent is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that align with business processes and objectives as it relates to talent acquisition and development. This role serves as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that ERP systems are optimized to support operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Requirements

Graduate from a recognized four-year college or university preferably with a major in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
3+ years of experience with HCM configuration and support.
3+ years of experience managing recruitment and talent development systems.
3+ years of experience utilizing project management frameworks to ensure project and team effectiveness.
3+ years of experience in business process design.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Recruitment and Talent Optimization.
Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement Workday solutions.
Support system upgrades, feature releases, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and improve system usability.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Participate in system testing, including test case creation and execution.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Assist in Workday security role configuration and reporting setup.
