About The Position

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) is seeking a Functional Analyst II to support Operational Contract Support (OCS) lessons learned efforts for the U.S. Army. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and transforming operational data into actionable insights that improve Army-wide capabilities. The position is located on-site at Fort Lee, VA, with potential for CONUS/OCONUS travel.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of experience in military operations analysis
• 3+ years of experience with JLLIS
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro (6+ years)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Operational Contract Support (OCS)
• Experience developing learning demands and analysis frameworks

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document observations, insights, and lessons learned (OILs)
• Conduct interviews with military personnel and stakeholders
• Input and manage data within Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)
• Develop and analyze surveys related to OCS operations
• Identify trends and recommend DOTMLPF capability solutions
• Support assessment teams and contribute to written recommendations
• Prepare reports and briefings for leadership
