About The Position
Azura of Mukwonago is hiring a full-time Fun & Activities Coordinator to create meaningful moments for residents living with dementia and memory loss through engaging, person-centered activities. The role is based at Azura of Mukwonago in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. The schedule is 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, plus every other weekend. The position offers competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate monthly activity calendars.
- Lead activities that support residents’ physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being.
- Organize arts and crafts, entertainment, outings, and special events.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
- Support team members with resident engagement.
- Maintain supplies and materials for sensory and enrichment programs.
