Grounded Wellbeing is hiring a part-time, fully licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents, adults, and families. The role is focused on trauma-centered, holistic, and affirming mental health care, with particular interest in serving queer, trans, gender-expansive, and QTBIPOC clients. The therapist is expected to align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values and contribute to a collaborative, social-justice-oriented, anti-racist team. This is a part-time W-2 position of 25 hours or less per week, with a competitive split. The therapist will have access to an office at Grounded Wellbeing’s Decatur office and the ability to work remotely. Although the title specifies telehealth only, the description also refers to on-site and telehealth services and access to the Decatur office. Grounded Wellbeing’s mission is to provide trauma-centered, holistic, and affirming mental health and wellness services, intentionally centering the healing journeys of queer, trans, and gender-expansive people. Its stated values are attunement, authenticity, community, compassion, liberation, and reclamation. The organization seeks a team member who is invested in its mission, works collaboratively, welcomes constructive feedback, and helps support colleagues and the growth of the practice.
