Requirements

• Must hold an active, unrestricted independent license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Proven experience delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care in an outpatient setting.
• Access to your own reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a secure, private workspace.
• Active professional malpractice liability insurance (or willingness to secure a policy prior to taking on clients).
• Comfort navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard virtual video platforms independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care in an outpatient setting.
• Manage your own schedule and caseload goals.
• Utilize the integrated, HIPAA-compliant EHR, billing software, and secure telehealth platform.
• Maintain a secure, private workspace that meets all HIPAA confidentiality standards.
