Requirements

• Licensed therapist (either provisionally licensed as an associate in your final year or fully licensed) in the state of Texas (BHEC).
• Strong interest in becoming a Biblically Based Mental Health Counselor, rooted in the Word of God.
• Willing to see both clients in person as well as virtual (telehealth).
• Excited about working with different groups of people, ages and demographics.
• Willing to work Saturdays initially.
• Recognize yourself in the mission and vision statement of the organization, as well as the statement of faith.
• Ability to work part-time or fulltime, with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

• Likes to have innovative ideas on how to improve treatment plans or organizational growth.
• Preference in clientele, but understanding that restoring mental health in families is the key to mental health for each individual in the long run.
• Willingness to specialize in Marketing, clinical research or volunteer work for the non-profit organization.

Responsibilities

• Providing mental health care to clients.
• Seeing roughly 5-6 clients for each day worked, but never more than 30 per week when working fulltime.
• Consulting any matters with colleagues.
• Conducting hour-long sessions.
• Writing notes for the day after sessions.
• Finishing administrative duties.
• Specializing in an area of choosing: Marketing, clinical research or volunteer work for the non-profit organization.

• Starting salary between $4,583.3 – $6,600.00 per month ($50 – $80K per year), depending on license and experience (Based on a 40-hour workweek).
• 15 days of Paid Time Off (pro-rated to working hours) per year.
• An additional day of PTO for every quarter that you do not call in sick.
• A fully paid health plan through ZION Health Share to pay for any medical needs, with an IUA of $1000.
• Option to be subscribed to the health plan after working for 90 days (when working >32+ hours).
• If an associate/provisionally licensed, paid supervision (when working >32+ hours).
