About The Position

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance, integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience. We are on a journey to build a global leading company with a unique culture. We are hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. This role is part of the Growth Product team, focusing on developing seamless conversion experiences for prospects to become members instantly, supporting broader business initiatives like partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns. You will also build and optimize alan.com, the high-traffic platform where millions discover Alan, and power acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM) to drive traffic at scale. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience.
  • Excited about turning growth challenges and marketing complexity into simple, member-first experiences.
  • Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences at scale.
  • Good experience building and shipping web applications.
  • Genuinely interested in the business side, understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and what drives growth.
  • Clear progression in career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time.
  • Self-starting and entrepreneurial.
  • Humble and willing to grow.
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
  • English working proficiency.
