About The Position

We’re looking for a Full-stack Software Developer who thrives in a modern, AI-enabled development environment. You’ll work on Qmatic Orchestra, our core platform powering customer journey management globally, with a primary focus on building new features, integrations, and enhancements tailored to our US customers. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across frontend and backend, actively uses AI tools to accelerate development, and enjoys solving complex problems in scalable systems. The developer will join a globally distributed product and engineering organization. While the core engineering teams remain in Europe, this position acts as the local extension of those teams - collaborating closely with developers across time zones. The role focuses on building US‑specific features, integrations, and applications that address the unique needs of our largest and fastest‑growing market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Fluency in multiple programming languages, primarily Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue, Python
• Experience building scalable systems and APIs
• Hands-on experience with AI-accelerated development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable)
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to take the initiative and collaborate across teams
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
