About The Position

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, specializes in the management of complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics and analytics, solution implementation and program management. Our team helps lead clients through digital and information systems design, bringing expertise in a variety of areas ranging from software development, data science and security management to machine learning, cloud, and mobile development. Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024. This role involves designing, building, and integrating full stack solutions across cloud environments, managing WordPress back-end, owning CI/CD pipelines, implementing APIs and microservices, and maintaining code quality. The position requires collaboration with a front-end vendor and support for both back-end and front-end feature implementation within WordPress. The developer will report to a Technical Lead and work within a distributed international team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in full stack development.
• Strong backend experience.
• Strong frontend experience (React, Angular).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong database skills (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and Git (e.g. Azure DevOps).
• Experience managing WordPress environments (plugins, deployments, performance).
• Understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices and security (OWASP).
• Fluent English.
• Degree in IT or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GraphQL or real-time apps.
• Experience in international / public sector environments (UN, WHO etc.).
• Experience with AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Open-source contributions.
• Experience in healthcare-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and integrate full stack solutions across cloud environments.
• Manage WordPress back-end (server configuration, plugins, performance, security).
• Own CI/CD pipelines and environment management (dev, staging, production).
• Implement APIs and microservices and ensure system integration.
• Maintain code quality (Git, documentation, testing practices).
• Collaborate with front-end vendor to integrate features into the platform.
• Support both back-end and front-end feature implementation within WordPress.
