About The Position

Stefanini Group is looking for a FullStack Developer to develop and maintain the back-end/ server-side parts of an application, typically consisting of APIs, databases and other services containing business logic. They work with various languages and tools to create and maintain services on-prem or in the cloud. This role involves collaborating with various technical experts, Product Managers, Dev Ops, Big Data, UI/UX Designers, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering using various tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies. The candidate will align with architecture guidelines for a unified and coherent approach to development, design, develop, and deliver new code, and develop and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices using server-side languages like Java, Python, C#, etc. They will also collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interface elements and with cross-functional teams like product owners, designers, and architects. Responsibilities include managing application deployment to the cloud or on-prem, health and performance monitoring, security hardening, disaster recovery, and managing data storage and retrievals using database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. The role also promotes improvements in programming practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery, and optimizes back-end infrastructure and deployment practices to improve application resiliency and reliability.

Requirements

Kotlin, Spring Boot, Cloud Infrastructure, REST APIs, Java
At least 10+ years of experience in IT including 8+ years in development.
Experience with Kotlin in delivering customer-facing web applications.
Develop and develop APIs for Web, Mobile and Enterprise consumption for our Fleet Telematics Products
Experience with restful interfaces and OAS standards.
Comfortable with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and pipelines.
Experience with backlogs, user stories, Jira or similar Agile Tools.
