About The Position

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer with experience supporting enterprise applications and a strong background in full-stack development. The role involves troubleshooting application, database, and integration issues, developing enhancements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely resolution of problems. A key aspect of this role includes leveraging Prompt AI engineering, CoPilot, and prompt engineering techniques to boost productivity in troubleshooting, analysis, and engineering tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with full-stack development using technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Skilled in Prompt AI engineering, CoPilot and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate troubleshooting, analysis, and engineering productivity.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, REST APIs, and modern application architectures.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
• Develop and maintain application enhancements using full-stack technologies.
• Route and coordinate partner issues with the appropriate engineering teams.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to investigate issues, communicate progress, and drive timely resolution.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
