The Automation Developer will take a lead role in the hands-on tasks of identifying, designing, developing, testing, delivering, maintaining, and supporting automation solutions. This position is primarily technical, demanding robust software development skills at both the application and platform levels. Collaboration is essential in this role, requiring close work with internal and external business and technology teams, including fellow Automation Developers, Business Analysts, Process Owners, Business SMEs, Application Architects/Owners, and others, to successfully implement automated solutions. In this capacity, the Automation Developer will apply their software development expertise—such as proficiency in .NET with C#, Modern Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, API Development/Integration, Microservices, and more—alongside AI integrations, to create automation solutions by selecting and utilizing the most appropriate technologies and capabilities.
