About The Position
We are seeking a Lead Software Developer with 5–10+ years of experience to join our consulting team supporting a financial software product client. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong technical expertise, independence, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will act as both a senior engineer and a trusted client partner, owning delivery, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.
