About The Position
Liberation Programs' THRIVE is an inpatient program in Norwalk, CT for women. THRIVE is gender and trauma sensitive with an emphasis on individual and family needs. Throughout treatment, women are supported in managing challenges related to substance use disorder (SUD), building, enhancing and maintaining life skills, peer-to-peer support and accessing resources as they prepare to transition back to the community.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Crisis management experience
- Computer literate
- Kind, Compassionate and Mission-driven
- Valid Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in residential setting preferred
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Ensuring client services are on schedule and running smoothly
- Supporting counseling & other staff in daily activities
- Making sure all participants in the facility are safe and have their questions and needs taken care of in a timely manner
