Full Time Stocker
About The Position
This is a full-time stocker position responsible for various tasks related to merchandise and store upkeep. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, managing backstock, maintaining a clean and organized backroom, building displays, handling product damages, and removing trash and cardboard. Specific responsibilities may vary, especially for overnight stockers who might also be assigned 'Floor keeper' duties, which involve cleaning store floors and restrooms, and checking equipment. The role requires basic math skills, the ability to follow directions, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical movements.
Requirements
- Basic mathematics (counting)

- Work includes standing, reaching, reaching above the shoulder, twisting, bending/stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing.
Responsibilities
- Unload Store Trucks
- Stock, face, & rotate merchandise as needed.
- Work through backstock
- Keep backroom organized and clean
- Build displays
- Report and record product damages and credits
- Remove trash and cardboard from stocking areas.
- Load and operate cardboard baler (Employees who are 18 or older ONLY)
- Overnight Stockers may also be assigned “Floor keeper” duty which includes regular stocking duties as well as cleaning the store floors and restrooms and during the overnight stock shift at intervals determined by Management. The Floor keeper also regularly checks the fluids and filters in any powered cleaning equipment.
