HN419 - Full-Time Nanny - Upper East Side, NYC
About The Position
A family on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is seeking a full-time live-out nanny for their two children, ages 5 and 3. The schedule typically includes about 50-55 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8am-7pm, 9am-8pm, or 9am-7pm. When the children are in school, the family would request the candidate to do light housekeeping/keeping the home tidy and cooking/meal prep for the family. Both parents work in busy jobs, so the nanny should be proactive and self-sufficient while keeping them informed and working as a team to provide the best possible care for the children. Alternatively, they are open to a nanny who just wants to focus on childcare and can work Monday through Friday 1pm-8pm but be available for 8am-7pm on days when there is no school or a child/the children are home sick from school.

- Playful and engaging who will initiate games, activities, and outings that stimulate their children’s curiosity and development
Nice To Haves
- Experience with a kosher family
- Ability to speak Hebrew
- Based in Manhattan
Responsibilities
- All-inclusive care of the children
- Managing the children’s routines and schedules
- Engaging with the children and energetically involved with them; playing with them, taking them to age-appropriate activities

- Keeping their spaces and belongings clean and tidy
