Position Summary: Mental Health Therapist provide comprehensive assessment, group facilitation, individual therapy, crisis support and care coordination for individuals engaged in Co-Occurring Intensive Outpatient Program designed to support individuals experiencing symptoms of mental health and substance use disorders. Responsible for all clinical documentation of therapeutic interactions. Team Specific Information: Intensive Outpatient Program is a multi-disciplinary team comprised of therapists, peer support specialists, interns, and administrative staff. This program operates in person.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other human services field required.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed or within 6 months of licensure

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in mental health, substance use or human services

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic mental health assessments as well as individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy.
  • Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.
  • Facilitate the individual's growth and development with an emphasis on strengths, culture, resiliency, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the growth and development of those we serve.
  • Facilitate the coordination of services for individuals with supplemental needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with WellPower standards.
  • Participate in team/department meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions as required.
  • Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
  • Other duties as assigned

Benefits

  • Mental Health Therapist II (Master's Level) - $31.25/hour - $65,000/year
  • LPC/LMFT/LCSW: $34.78/hour - $72,342.40/year
  • LAC Differential - $1.00
  • Language Differential - $1-$2.50/hour for bilingual proficiency in Spanish or ASL
