About The Position
Full-Time Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care. This role offers flexible shifts and is part of a supportive team in Cobb County, Georgia. The purpose of this role is to help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
- Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
- Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
- Strength to assist transfers up to 25 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities
- Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
- Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
- Provide timely medication reminders and track basic health cues.
- Engage in active companionship, including conversation, games, walks, and accompanying clients on errands or appointments.
- Assist with light exercise support, such as stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
