About The Position

Full-Time Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care Part-Time | Full-Time | Flexible Shifts Available. This agency is independently owned and operated. Requirements

Previous caregiving, HHA, or related experience is preferred
Current CHHA certification is required
Not certified yet? We offer CHHA training through our own certified school for the right candidate with the right heart.
Confidence with housekeeping, meal preparation, and safe transfer techniques
Clear, compassionate communication skills
Respect for client privacy and dignity
Ability to assist with transfers and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
Reliability, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility while preserving dignity and respect.
Prepare simple, nutritious meals and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
Provide timely medication reminders and observe/report basic health changes.
Offer meaningful conversation, games, walks, and accompaniment to appointments or errands.
Support stretches and physical therapy routines as directed by healthcare professionals.
