Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective communication skills: ability to speak, read, and write in the English language.

• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to ensure the overall well-being of our residents.
• Monitor and document any changes in residents' health or behavior.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to implement care plans and ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment to contribute to a safe and comfortable living space for our residents.
