Full Time Caregiver or HHA
About The Position
We are seeking a Full-Time Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care to join our team. We offer 8+ hour shifts in Doylestown, PA. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
- Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
- Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
- Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
- Patience, reliability, and eagerness to brighten someone’s day.
Responsibilities
- Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
- Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
- Provide timely medication reminders.
- Engage in active companionship, including chatting, playing games, taking walks, and accompanying clients on errands or appointments.
- Assist with light exercise, such as stretches or physical-therapy routines.
