About The Position

Visiting Angels of Fredericksburg is hiring certified caregivers to join their award-winning team. They are dedicated to providing exceptional, one-on-one senior care. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, unlike positions where caregivers rush between patients. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Requirements

• Active certification or license (PCA, NA, or CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, home care, or hospitality
• Valid driver's license, up-to-date auto insurance, and reliable transport
• Availability for varied shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to pass a background check, reference check, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (bathing, dressing, eating)
• Assist with mobility, daily errands, and transportation to appointments
• Plan, prepare meals, and provide medication reminders
• Deliver compassionate companionship and handle emergencies responsibly
