About The Position

The Operations Analyst Program is a two-year program for people beginning and developing a career in Operations. Analysts start with induction training covering the firm, its lines of business, and technical skills, then join an Operations team and contribute to services delivered to the firm and its clients. The role involves building bank product expertise, identifying opportunities to improve processes, solving problems, and coordinating with other teams and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Analysts are expected to listen carefully, clarify requirements and client needs, and work toward delivery timelines. Participants also join an analyst community, attend social events, interact with senior leaders, and learn new skills. After successfully completing the program, advancement within the Operations organization may be available based on performance and role expansion. Responsibilities vary by office location and role discipline.
