Full Stack Tech Lead

The job overview for this role is to be a senior software engineer with expertise in frontend and backend development, specifically in React, AWS, and nodeJS. • Initiate improvements to architecture and infrastructure
• Teach the team new technologies and better practices
• Be an active member in designing the engineering roadmap
• Split effort and attention between creating and promoting an engineering plan and driving the professional growth of the team's engineers

• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer with frontend and backend development
• Excellent knowledge of React, AWS, and nodeJS
• A deep understanding of production systems and the architecture of web products
• Independent, fast learner, and excited about learning new technologies
• Proactive team player with a desire to impact the team, product, and customers
• Excellent knowledge of typescript/html5/CSS
• Mentored and developed other engineers throughout the years (preferred)
• Previous management experience (preferred)
